Warranty (Water Heater)

• Renovator® products are warranty solely against poor workmanship, manufacturing defect and use of faulty material only. Consequential liabilities will not be entertained. All warranty products are designed for domestic usage only.
• In the event for a replacement during the warranty period warranty card will be required along with the original Tax/Sale Invoice/Cash to process the claim with incomplete warranty details.
• This warranty is confined to the first purchase of the product only & is not transferable.
• Repair of replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Authorized Service Centers or it’s Authorized Dealers.
• Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on “Carry In” basis, wherein, for services, the purchaser shall bring the product to the Company’s Authorized Service Centre/ Authorized Dealers for warranty service along with Tax/Sale Invoice/Cash Memo and warranty Card. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of product from the customer’s place to the Company’s Authorized Service Centers/ Authorized Dealers. However in case the customer located beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the Company’s Authorized Service Centers/ Authorized Dealers, wishes the Company/its Authorized Service Centers/ Authorized Dealer to collect the product from his place for the purpose of servicing the product then all expenses incurred in collection and delivery back of the product, as well as the expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technician towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be born by the customer.
• In the event of repairs/replacement of any part’s of the product, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period. The customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, as applicable.
• The Company/ It’s Authorized Service Centers/ Authorized Dealers, reserves the right to retain any part/s or components/s replaced at it’s / their discretion in the equipment during the warranty period. The Compana shall have exclusive right to replace the defective / unserviceable part/s or component/s with the part/s or component/s which may be new or refurbished.
• The warranty does not cover accessories external to product.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the Company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchase to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
• The warranty does not cover demonstration/installation of the product purchased.
• The warranty is issued at G.B. Nagar Noida Courts at G.B. Nagar Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over mattes covered or flowing from this warranty.
• The Company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.

Warranty (Domestic & Commercial Machine)(1 year warranty)

• The goods are warranty against defects arising from faulty designs.
• The customer will notify the company in writing promptly of any defects noticed and give the company or authorized agent to inspect it, if required the customer will deposit the machine in the company office or authorized service center.
• Inspection and test report of the company / service center will be final and binding under the warranty for determine defect / repair required.
• The company will retain the defective parts which have been replaced under warranty.
• The company’s liability under this warranty shall be limited only if the goods. Which occur under the condition of normal operations of the goods. The warranty does not cover extend to defect which has been occurred due to mishandling, negliance abuse, and misuse of faculty care.
• The company’s liability under this warranty shall remain valid only if the goods are duly installed by the company or it’s authorised agent.
• Consumable item like sediment filter, activated carbon are not covered by this warranty.
  Note:- If any problem in membrane replace maximum one time (only for domestic mode) and U.V lamp under 12 months warranty. Maximum TDS 2000 ppm.
• The customer will have no claim against the company, its employees and authorized agent of franchise in respect of death or injury to the customer or any other person or loss and damage to any property due to the equipment failure break down or accident fire or operation or utilization of the goods other side them in accordance with the user guide or by due to any reason or circumstances beyond the control of the company.
  Note:- Company will not be eligible for any other extended warranty offered by sales representative other then limited warranty tenure on warranty card at the time of sale. Maximum 2 visit in year. Extra visit chargeable.
